Today and Upcoming
A focused view of today, a look ahead, and Google or Outlook calendar events beside your tasks.
Collect the work. Link it to goals when that helps. Wisdone's Wise Picks offer a short list of suggestions, each with its reasons: a deadline, a goal, how long it has waited. The decision stays yours.
Most task managers are very good at collecting more tasks. Wisdone gives them a place to live, then helps you look at a smaller set of candidates for today.
Type “call dentist tomorrow at 3pm” and Wisdone fills in the due date, priority and project. Projects and tags keep things findable without a filing ritual.
Set goals for the week, month, quarter or year. A task can link to a goal, but it doesn't have to; goal alignment is one signal among several.
See three to five suggestions with a reason for each. Accept what fits, dismiss what doesn't, and get back to work.
Wise Picks scores the tasks you already have against a fixed set of signals and shows you the top few, with a confidence level and the reasons that put each one there.
With a model configured, the explanation is phrased by Claude; without one, a built-in explanation is used. Either way, the ranking is a triage aid. It cannot know everything about your day, and it never acts for you.
How a pick is scored: due date 35%, goal alignment 25%, task age 20%, priority 15%, estimated effort 5%.
The weights Wise Picks uses today, straight from the scoring engine.
Wise Picks sits alongside the views and habits that make a task list useful, without turning the tool into a second job.

Everything in the app goes through one versioned REST API. Create an API key in settings and the same tasks, goals and work log are available to scripts, to the wisdone command line, and to AI coding agents through a six-tool MCP server.
